Who is responsible for your information?
AnyMover operates this enquiry website. For privacy requests, contact info@anymover.co.uk. Omnis AI Ltd, trading as AnyMover (company number 17280346, registered in England and Wales, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX), is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, telephone number, service choice, collection and delivery postcodes, preferred date, additional details and a record of your agreement. We use these to record and respond to your enquiry and, with your agreement, help relevant providers contact you. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the additional details field.
Our basis for using your information
We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a possible service booking. Your specific agreement is requested before sharing your enquiry for provider contact. Service security and misuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Who may receive your details
Information is stored using the website’s hosting and database service. Relevant moving or storage providers may receive the details needed to respond to your request where you have agreed. Those providers are responsible for the information they process for their own quotes and bookings. We also use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery and website analytics. Some of them may process information outside the UK, and where they do we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Keeping information
Enquiries should be kept only while needed to respond to the request, manage follow-up, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. We review saved enquiries regularly and delete those we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing info@anymover.co.uk.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion and may have rights to restrict processing, object or receive a portable copy. You may withdraw consent for future sharing, without affecting earlier lawful use. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
Cookies and browser storage
We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) and collects information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use and your approximate location, with IP addresses anonymised. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you or to show you advertising. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not add advertising cookies. Temporary form state is held in the page while it is open, and the hosting platform may use essential security cookies, which support the service and do not provide marketing tracking.
