AnyMover enquiries are free
AnyMover does not charge you to submit an enquiry or compare responses. We do not collect deposits or booking payments on this website, so there is no AnyMover enquiry fee to refund.
Cancelling an enquiry
You are not committed to a booking by sending an enquiry. If you no longer need help, tell any provider that contacts you. To request changes to your saved enquiry, use our contact page and include your reference. Withdrawal of future sharing does not undo contact or processing that has already lawfully taken place.
Cancelling a booked service
Your chosen provider handles bookings, payments and refunds under its own terms and the law. Contact them promptly using your booking confirmation. Ask about deposits, notice periods, date changes and cancellation fees before agreeing to the service.
Your statutory rights
Applicable consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Cancellation rules depend on the service and booking circumstances; some date-specific transport services may be treated differently. Do not assume every moving or storage booking has the same cooling-off period. Ask the provider to explain your rights in writing.
If something goes wrong
Keep your written quote, booking confirmation, payment records and relevant photographs. Raise your concern directly with the provider and explain the outcome you are seeking. If you need help identifying an enquiry, use our contact page with your reference.
